1. Product Information

• The information provided for each product (including images, videos, brand names, and trademarks) on www.trode.vn is for reference purposes only.
• Actual product colors may vary slightly from the images or videos due to lighting during photography, display device settings, and environmental conditions. TRODE always strives to represent products as close to reality as possible.
• Size guides on the website are for indication only and may vary by 1–2 cm depending on fabric and fit

2. Pre-purchase Information

• Customers can browse products by category on the website. When selecting a product, a detailed page will be displayed including: a short description, availability, and price.
• All prices are shown in VND and include VAT. Shipping fees are not included in the product price and will be displayed separately during checkout.
• In some cases, products may undergo minor changes from the manufacturer (without affecting quality or functionality).
• Note: Once an order has been successfully placed, shipping information cannot be changed.

3. Purchase System

• Customers can purchase directly without creating an account, only an email address is required to receive the order confirmation.
• To purchase, select the product and click “Add to cart”. The cart will appear at the top right of the website and update continuously.
• At checkout, customers can enter a discount code (if applicable).
• After filling in shipping information, selecting the delivery method, and completing payment, click “Complete order”.

4. Payment System

TRODE currently supports the following payment methods:

• Cash on Delivery (COD)
• Bank transfer
• Online payment via gateways (VNPay, Momo, ZaloPay, etc.)
• For online payments, all data is encrypted and securely transmitted. TRODE does not store any banking or card details of customers.
• In cases of fraudulent or incorrect transactions, customers have the right to file a complaint to be handled in accordance with Vietnamese law.
• After successful payment, TRODE will send an order confirmation email.

5. Shipping Policy

• Shipping fees depend on the delivery area and will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery time:

• Ho Chi Minh City (inner districts): 1–3 working days
• Other provinces in Vietnam: 3–7 working days
• (Delivery times may vary during peak periods such as Black Friday, national holidays, or new collection launches).
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information. TRODE is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or missing information.
• Upon receiving the order, customers should check the product condition. If errors or damages are found, please inform the delivery staff immediately and contact TRODE within 24 hours.

6. Taxes & Other Charges

In cases where customs fees or import taxes apply (for international orders, if any), these expenses will be borne by the customer.
