These Terms apply when you browse or place an order through the TRODE website. By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked on our website.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

1. Products and Pricing

We aim to provide clear and accurate product descriptions, measurements, materials, images and prices.

Actual colours, washes, finishes or measurements may vary slightly due to screen settings and normal production differences. These variations do not affect your rights if a product is defective or materially different from its description.

Prices and product availability may change before an order is placed. Any applicable shipping charges, taxes or other costs will be displayed at checkout or explained in our Shipping Policy.

2. Orders

Please review your selected products, sizes, quantities, delivery information and total price before placing an order.

After your payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address provided during checkout.

TRODE may cancel or adjust an order if:

A product is unavailable;
Payment cannot be confirmed;
The delivery information is incomplete;
There is an obvious pricing or product-information error;
The order appears fraudulent or is intended for unauthorised resale.

If TRODE cancels a paid order, the cancelled amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Payment

Payments are currently processed through PayPal.

When using PayPal, you may also be subject to PayPal’s own terms and privacy practices. Currency-conversion charges or fees applied by PayPal, your bank or card provider are outside TRODE’s control.

TRODE does not directly receive or store your complete payment-card information.

4. GIFT CARDS, STORE CREDIT & MEMBERSHIP

4.1. Membership — Coming Soon

TRODE Membership is currently in development. Registration, points and member benefits are not active yet. Full details will be announced before launch.

4.2. Gift Cards

TRODE Gift Cards are digital and delivered to the email address provided at checkout. They can be used online at www.trodeworldwide.com.

All Gift Cards are issued in US dollars (USD).

Standard Gift Card values are:

50 USD
75 USD
100 USD
125 USD
150 USD

Custom Gift Cards are available from 155 USD to 25 USD in increments of 5 USD

Custom Gift Card Value	Discount
155 USD - 195 USD	2% off
200 USD - 250 USD	5% off

The recipient receives the full Gift Card value, while the purchaser pays the discounted amount.

Custom Gift Card discounts cannot be combined with promotional codes, partner or wholesale pricing, or other Gift Card offers.

The purchaser is responsible for entering the correct recipient email address. Please contact TRODE as soon as possible if the information is incorrect. TRODE can assist where the Gift Card has not yet been redeemed.

Gift Cards:

Can be used in full or across multiple eligible purchases;
Can be combined with another available payment method when the balance does not cover the full order;
May be used with eligible promotional codes unless stated otherwise;
Cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card or Store Credit;
Cannot be used for partner or wholesale orders;
Cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for cash.

Further Notes

Gift Cards and Store Credit cannot be used together on the same order.
Gift Cards do not expire and have no inactivity or maintenance fees.
Gift Card purchases are non-refundable after delivery, apart from verified issues such as duplicate payment, an incorrect value or a technical error.
Refunds for orders paid with a Gift Card will be returned to the same Gift Card first, with any remaining amount returned to the other original payment method.
Customers are responsible for keeping Gift Card codes secure. TRODE may replace a verified unused balance or suspend a Gift Card linked to fraud, unauthorised payment, chargebacks or technical errors.

4.3. Store Credit

TRODE Store Credit is a digital balance linked to an eligible customer account. It may be issued:

As an optional form of refund;
As a resolution for an order issue;
As part of a promotion;
As a goodwill gesture.

When a refund to the original payment method is available, TRODE will only issue Store Credit instead after the customer agrees. Once selected and issued, Store Credit cannot normally be converted back to the original payment method.

Customers must sign in to the account associated with the Store Credit before using it.

Store Credit:

Can be used toward eligible TRODE purchases;
Can be combined with another available payment method when the balance does not cover the full order;
May be used with eligible promotional codes unless stated otherwise;
Cannot be transferred, resold or combined between customer accounts;
Cannot be used to purchase Gift Cards or additional Store Credit;
Cannot be used for partner or wholesale orders.

Further Notes

Store Credit and Gift Cards cannot be used together on the same order.
Refunds for orders paid with Store Credit will be returned to the same balance first, with any remaining amount returned to the other original payment method.
Store Credit accepted instead of an approved refund is valid for 24 months. Promotional or goodwill Store Credit will follow the validity period provided when issued.
TRODE may correct Store Credit affected by duplicate issuance, technical errors, cancelled payments, chargebacks, fraud or misuse.
Any remaining Store Credit should be used before permanently deleting the associated TRODE customer account.

5. Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Processing times, delivery estimates, shipping charges, customs arrangements and available destinations are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Order cancellations, damaged or defective products, replacements, returns and refunds are handled under our Refund & Returns Policy.

These policies form part of these Terms and do not override any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

6. Using Our Website

You may use the website for personal and lawful shopping purposes.

You must not:

Use the website for fraudulent, illegal or unauthorised activity;
Interfere with the website’s security or operation;
Upload viruses or malicious code;
Collect information about other users without permission;
Copy or commercially exploit website content without authorisation.

TRODE may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers or our business from fraud, security threats or unlawful activity.

7. TRODE Content

TRODE’s name, logos, photographs, graphics, videos, product designs, text and other website content are owned by or licensed to TRODE.

Purchasing a TRODE product does not transfer ownership of TRODE’s branding, designs or other intellectual-property rights.

Website content may not be copied, reproduced, sold or used commercially without prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services such as Shopify, PayPal, shipping carriers and social-media platforms.

These services may operate under their own terms and privacy practices. TRODE is not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our reasonable control, but the use of a third party does not remove any responsibility TRODE must retain under applicable law.

9. Updates

We may update these Terms when our website, services or legal obligations change. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Changes will not alter the material terms of an order already accepted unless required by law or agreed with the customer.

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Vietnam without limiting any mandatory consumer protection available in the customer’s country or region.
