TRODE Gift Cards are digital and delivered to the email address provided at checkout. They can be used online at www.trodeworldwide.com.
All Gift Cards are issued in US dollars (USD).
Standard Gift Card values are:

- 100 USD
- 125 USD
- 150 USD
Custom Gift Cards are available from 155 USD to 25 USD in increments of 5 USD

The recipient receives the full Gift Card value, while the purchaser pays the discounted amount.
Custom Gift Card discounts cannot be combined with promotional codes, partner or wholesale pricing, or other Gift Card offers.
The purchaser is responsible for entering the correct recipient email address. Please contact TRODE as soon as possible if the information is incorrect. TRODE can assist where the Gift Card has not yet been redeemed.
Gift Cards:
- Can be used in full or across multiple eligible purchases;
- Can be combined with another available payment method when the balance does not cover the full order;
- May be used with eligible promotional codes unless stated otherwise;
- Cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card or Store Credit;
- Cannot be used for partner or wholesale orders;
- Cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for cash.
Further Notes
- Gift Cards and Store Credit cannot be used together on the same order.
- Gift Cards do not expire and have no inactivity or maintenance fees.
- Gift Card purchases are non-refundable after delivery, apart from verified issues such as duplicate payment, an incorrect value or a technical error.
- Refunds for orders paid with a Gift Card will be returned to the same Gift Card first, with any remaining amount returned to the other original payment method.
- Customers are responsible for keeping Gift Card codes secure. TRODE may replace a verified unused balance or suspend a Gift Card linked to fraud, unauthorised payment, chargebacks or technical errors.
